  9. agreement signed by Sandy Grant, your use of this software
  10. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  12. This license covers the shareware version of this software. The
  13. shareware version is distributed under an evaluation license.

  16. reserved entirely to Sandy Grant.

  28. various hardware and software environments into which SOHO Back-up
  29. program suite may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A

  31. dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical
  32. data before relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk
  33. of using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE

  42. evaluation version of SOHO Back-up program suite for evaluation
  43. purposes without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you use this
  44. software after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee is
  45. required, as described in the SOHO Back-up program suite order
  46. form (order.txt).  Unregistered use of the SOHO Back-up program suite
  47. after the 21-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and
  48. international copyright laws.

  50. Distribution of SOHO Back-up program suite

  52. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation
  53. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
  54. copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute
  55. the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
  56. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
